Can't access email
- Check your internet connection.
- Verify you're using the correct login credentials (username and password).
- Ensure you're accessing your email through the correct Godaddy portal (Email.scaspa.com) or the Outlook application.
- If you are currently signed in but have forgotten you password download the file attached below and follow the instructions.
- If you've forgotten your password, create a ticket indicating your email and problem.
